As Vice President of Consulting for SDSU AMA, I transformed the club’s in-house marketing agency into a structured, client-focused consulting program. I led a 20-person team and onboarded interns and consulting directors by standardizing training across tools such as Meta Business Suite, ClickUp, Google Analytics, and Apollo.io to improve project efficiency and leadership development. Through weekly deliverable reviews and feedback sessions, the program maintained a 100% client renewal rate, served five clients in a single term, and helped five students transition into paid internships with client partners, while providing over 40 members with hands-on digital marketing and account executive experience.

Romulus Media aimed to generate leads, improve website performance, and increase brand visibility among SDSU students. The team implemented a social-first and campus-focused strategy that leveraged giveaways and targeted content to drive awareness, engagement, and application traffic.
KPI’s: Reached nearly 1 million users and generated over 2 million total views on Instagram. A targeted giveaway increased profile visits and lead traffic, while audience insights showed strong alignment with college-aged users, with 79% aged 18–24 and 91% based in the U.S. Romulus Media returned as a recurring client for the program.

The client aimed to increase their social media presence and shift their audience toward a younger demographic through TikTok- and Instagram-focused strategies. The team executed a data-driven content approach that expanded reach, strengthened engagement, and improved visibility across key markets.
KPI’s: Increased TikTok following by 352% in eight weeks, boosted weekly views to over 1,500, and averaged 6,000 Instagram profile views per week. Successfully shifted audience demographics toward ages 18–34 and expanded reach into San Diego, New York, Los Angeles, and Chula Vista.
